Q: What if I cannot pay for an activity, trip, or retreat?
A: As a body of believers, we are committed to help each other in times of need. We do not turn away students for financial reasons. We do not give away money either. Students are encouraged to work off any scholarship they receive.

Q: How can my child get a ride?
A: You may be able to get a ride from someone else in your area. We have students from Fennville, Pullman, Grand Junction, Bangor, Covert, Bloomingdale, and South Haven. Another option is our Bus. Every Wednesday night, the 15-passenger bus is able to pick up a take home students in the area. If you need a ride, call the church office at 269-637-8439.
Q: What safety precautions do you take at Smack and SnL?
A: We work hard on building a trusting relationship with families. We implement a detailed Child Safety Policy to ensure the protection of all our students. In addition, all leaders and volunteers go through an application process (essays, background checks, reference checks, etc.) before being considered. We also have a detailed Check-In Procedure. All students must check in to every activity using our check in computers at the entrance, students may not leave in the middle of a youth event without permission, and students must wait inside for their ride to come at the end of the night.
Q: How do you cater to students with special needs?
A: We believe each student is uniquely different. Our goal of meeting the needs of every student does not stop with students who have special needs. We have teachers and nurses on our volunteer staff that have been trained to support students with special needs. Our facility and our bus are wheelchair accessible. It is our desire that each student feels safe, welcome, and valued at Smack and Snl. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special needs you or your student have.
